Erastos Studio

Studio Erastos is one of the three studios located on the ground floor of the building. It is a spacious room (35sqm), ideal for couples, groups of maximum three persons or families up to four persons. It was named after Erastos Kampouropoulos the architect and artist that took and takes care of Ghermaniko Project, part of which was also the last and final renovation of the whole Ghermaniko House.

The room has its own terrace overlooking the sea, that is the harbor of Damouhari right in front. Our visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a swim in the clear waters of the Aegean Sea only by walking few steps or relax in their “nest” listening to the sound of the sea and the waves, protected by the building’s century-old vine.

It is equipped with a refrigerator, a water kettle, a teapot and a coffee maker. In addition to the queen-size double bed and another large single one, an extra single bed with a futon mattress for a child / teenager or a baby cot for a younger child can also be added. Together with Paschalis studio those two studios constitute Paschalis apartment.
