Paschalis Studio

Studio Paschalis is one of the three studios located on the ground floor of the building. It is a spacious room (35sqm), ideal for couples or a group of maximum two persons. It was named after “Paschalis Olkas” the father of the family that owns Ghermaniko Traditional Hotel and the one who bought the House from the German former owners in 2001.

The room has its own terrace overlooking the sea and more precisely the magnificent Damouhari harbor right in front of it. Our visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a swim in the clear waters of the Aegean Sea only by walking few steps or relax in their “nest” listening to the sound of the sea and the waves, protected by the building’s century-old vine.

Its kitchen is equipped with an induction hob for easy cooking, a water kettle, a teapot and a coffee maker. In addition to the king-size double bed that could also become two separate single beds, a baby cot for a younger child can be added too. Together with Erastos studio those two studios constitute Paschalis apartment.
