Apartment Paschalis is consisted of two of the three studios located on the ground floor of the building, studio Paschalis and studio Petros. It is a spacious two-room apartment (70sqm), ideal for groups or families of maximum six persons. It was named after “Paschalis Olkas” the new owner of the old house, who started operating it officially as a Traditional Hotel, the Ghermaniko Guesthouse.

The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the sea and more precisely the magnificent Damouhari harbor right in front of it. Our visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a swim in the clear waters of the Aegean Sea only by walking few steps or relax in their “nest” listening to the sound of the sea and the waves, protected by the building’s century-old vine.

It consists of a kitchen, two separated rooms, two bathrooms and two entrances. The door between the two rooms is thick and insulated creating a wall when the two studios are rent as separate units. Each room has its own bathroom and entrance, while one has a proper kitchen and the other just a refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob for easy cooking, a water kettle, a teapot and a coffee maker. In addition to the two single beds (or a king-size double bed), there are a queen-size double bed and another large single one. An extra single bed with a futon mattress or a baby cot that can also be added.

The prices indicated are our regular prices per night up to four guests staying in the room. For every extra person the price might shift between 10€ or 15€ additionally. Our greek homemade traditional vegetarian breakfast is included in all prices for everyone.
